Hotels will not accept direct reservations, and any correspondence sent to hotels or SLA directly may result in substantial delays in processing your request. All reservations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration materials will not be mailed in 2009

Registration materials for the SLA 2009 Annual Conference & INFO-EXPO will not be mailed to attendees this year.   

As part of the effort to continue SLA's greening initiatives, we are saving lots of waste by not mailing registration materials ahead of time.  When you register, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  That confirmation has a bar code on it that is unique to your registration.  Bring that confirmation with you to the Registration Center at conference, and you will quickly go through our new scan and go system!  

Also, new this year, we will not be distributing Expocards for you to use in the INFO-EXPO.  Your badge will contain a bar code that exhibitors can scan if you wish to share your information with them.

SLA 2009 Hotel Reservations - Rooms still available!

Housing for SLA 2009 has been open since January, but rooms are still available!  Simply go to the SLA Web site to book your Washington, D.C., hotel reservations TODAY!  Make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid sold out hotels.

For your convenience, SLA will provide shuttle service between the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel and the Washington Marriott to the convention center.
